Guarantee Limitations & Exclusions

At Lush Lawns TN, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering exceptional results, and we want you to feel confident in your decision to trust us with your lawn.

That’s why we offer a Money-Back Guarantee for all lawn areas included in your membership. If you're unsatisfied with the performance of any portion of your treated lawn, you may request a refund for the failed section. Additionally, if we ever cause damage to your lawn, we will automatically repair it at no cost — and, if requested, refund the affected portion based on square footage and your annual membership rate.

To be transparent and fair, the following restrictions apply to our guarantee:

Location-Based Exclusions

Not all areas of a lawn are suitable for high-performance turfgrass. During your consultation, we will identify and document areas that fall outside optimal growing conditions and therefore cannot be guaranteed. These typically include:

  • Fully shaded, densely wooded areas, and sections with heavy root competition from trees

  • Sections with standing water or poor drainage

  • Areas of shallow soil with rock, or gravel layers beneath the surface

While these sections can still be treated upon request, they will not be covered under the satisfaction guarantee.

Watering Responsibility

Consistent watering is essential, especially during the heat of summer. While an irrigation system is highly recommended, it is not required. However, clients are responsible for maintaining proper watering practices.
We offer hose, sprinkler head, and timer setups for an additional fee and will configure them for optimal coverage. We will always give you detailed watering instructions for keeping your lawn properly watered, but Lush Lawns TN cannot be held liable for damage caused by under-watering.

Third-Party Damage (Mowing & Contractors)

We emphasize proper mowing practices on our Referral Partners page. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee results or offer refunds for damage caused by third-party mowing or landscaping services not affiliated with Lush Lawns TN.

However, if damage is caused by one of our approved referral partners, we will repair it at no cost. If the damage is irreversible, we will refund the affected area per our Referral Partner guarantee.

Accidental or Purposeful Damage

Life happens, and we understand that accidents occur. If your lawn is damaged (e.g., by vehicles, chemical spills, etc.), our team is always happy to help repair it. However, refunds are only available for damage directly caused by Lush Lawns TN.

For our Elite and select Premium members, we will go above and beyond to repair accidental damage — often at no additional cost — even when the damage was not our fault.

Timeframe for Refund Requests

Healthy lawns take time to develop — typically 8–12 months to reach their full potential. We ask that members allow a minimum of 4 months for our program to take effect before requesting a refund.
Refunds must be requested within the same calendar year of your membership. While the lawn may not be at its peak performance within 4 months, we’re confident you'll see strong, measurable progress.

Refunds for any damage caused by Lush Lawns TN may be requested immediately.
