Includes:

• 18 Treatments Annually + Free Call Backs — Bi-monthly from February through November. This approach not only allows us to spot and treat problem areas well in advanced, but provides the absolute best results for turf consistency. We want to know when your lawn is struggling, so we encourage members to take advantage of our free call back program.

• Soil Rejuvenation & Maintenance Program – Restores and enriches soil for dense, healthy turf. Our program keeps your soil preforming at it’s most optimum. We introduce micro-nutrients, bio-stimulants, beneficial fungi, amino acids, proteins, and vitamins to create a microbial paradise. Healthy soil = healthy lawn.

• Plant Growth Stimulants & Regulators (Available in 2026) – For enhanced color, controlled growth, and thicker turf.

• Golf Course–Quality Fertilization – Precision bi-weekly "spoon-feeding" eliminates waste and ensures optimal nutrient uptake. Our fertilization products are used by over 50% of golf courses throughout the country and are not available to the public. Just like with your food, quality ingredients = quality results. 

• Weed Prevention and Elimination (Available in 2026) – We do whatever it takes to eliminate tough weeds and keep them out. You won’t pay a dime for any additional treatment.

• Complete Fungicide Program (Available in 2026) – Uses 4 rotating fungicides to prevent resistance, protect turf health, and accurately combat the most prevalent turf diseases by factoring in weather patterns. 

• Grub & Armyworm Control and Prevention (Available in 2026) – We get ahead of these turf destroying pests to keep your lawn pristine. 

• Soil Wetting Agents – Improves water retention and drought tolerance, while releasing nutrients that are bound up in the soil. Prevents “concrete clay” and greatly reduces wilting in the summer heat. 

• Remote Irrigation Management – With an app-enabled controller, we can adjust your system remotely to avoid overwatering or under watering. During the summer, we will manually water any “hot spots” in your lawn. This also allows us to water in treatments that need to be watered in after sitting for a period.

• Discounted Over-Seeding Rates — 75% off Over-Seeding and Aeration. We utilize only the top rated varieties of fescue that have been put to the test by the National Turfgrass Evaluation Program. 

• Treatment Guarantee – We stand by our results. If a treatment fails, we’ll refund and retreat the failed portion at no additional cost.

Partial turf treatments are available.

Includes treatments for up to 4,000 sqft of turf. Additional square footage will be billed at an annual rate of $500 per 1,000 square feet.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be due prior to the first scheduled service date in 2026. Cancellations made before the service start date are eligible for a full refund.
